WATERCOLORS

Wines to drink with those friends you really hit it off.

Pleasant wines characterized by expressive immediacy.

The name is inspired by the typical painting technique of travelers – watercolor – where light brushstrokes capture a landscape in its disarming simplicity.

These wines are our watercolors, with which, year after year, we paint the land and in which we seek the varietal expression of Nero d’Avola, Syrah, Catarratto and Grillo. Flanked by Rosso di Bisaccia, a blend of allochthons and native varieties, a synthesis of past and present.

Gadì Catarratto

Gadì is the wine of our roots, whose name comes as an acronym for Gaspare Di Trapani, my grandfather and founder of the estate.

Grillo

Our interpretation of one of the most famous varieties of  western Sicily

Rosa del Sud

A fresh wine for the summer! Our rosé comes from 100% Nero d’Avola grapes and recalls fragrant and intense scents of orange peel and wild berries in which strawberry stands out

Nero d’Avola

Sincere and pleasant expression of the king of Sicilian vines

Rosso di Bisaccia

Rosso di Bisaccia is a blend of Nero d’Avola, Cabernet and Syrah which offers a bouquet of black fruits, intriguing notes of eucalyptus, plum jam and chocolate.

Syrah

Plum, cherry, blueberry, tea and spicy scents emerge from an intense and fruity bouquet.
