Olive Oil


From our olive trees, scattered around the estate, we have always selected and harvested only the best olives to produce a high quality extra virgin olive oil.

Our oil production, born from a need for self-consumption, has expanded over time, becoming a consolidated family tradition, made of passion and genuine respect for each cultivar.

The oil we produce is an expression of the autochthon varieties of our land, each one with its own distinctive aroma and flavor, such as the Cerasuola with an intense, fruity, savory and slightly spicy taste and the fresher, more aromatic Biancolilla with harmonious taste accents of bitter and spicy.
